Meet Hollie Jo
I’ve spent over 20 years in the healthcare and mental health field, first as a nurse and now as a counselor. My work is rooted in a holistic, integrative approach considering the full picture of your well-being and how your environment, relationships and daily life impact your mental health. I meet each person where they are, drawing from different approaches based on your unique needs. My work is also informed by how the body and nervous system respond to stress, overwhelm, and trauma, and how we can support your body in becoming more regulated and safe.
I work with children, teenagers, and adults, and also support parents navigating the needs of their child or teen. Whether you’re an adult feeling overwhelmed, a teenager trying to make sense of what you’re experiencing, a child needing a safe space to express themselves, or a parent seeking guidance, you don’t have to figure it out alone. I offer a space to slow down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and begin to move toward healing in a way that feels sustainable and true to you.
For those who desire it, I offer a Christian perspective, while always respecting each client’s unique beliefs and worldview.
