Fees
$135.00 per session. A session is 45-50 minutes.
Accepted forms of payment
Your session fee can be paid with cash, check, debit/credit card, HSA account, Venmo.
Cancellation Policy
INSURANCE CLIENTS: If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged out of pocket, the full clinician rate for that session. The appointment will not be submitted to insurance for reimbursement. No Exceptions.

A Superbill can be provided if we are not in-network with your insurance company. A Superbill is an itemized form reflecting rendered services. The Superbill is the main data source for creation of a healthcare claim, which can be submitted to insurance for reimbursement.
