Sessions are $140.00 and last approximately 45–50 minutes.

Payment & Insurance

  • Your session fee can be paid with cash, check, debit/credit card, HSA account, Venmo.
  • A valid card must be kept on file through our secure online portal.
  • Payment is due in full on the day of service and will be processed automatically. Balances must be paid in full before future sessions can be scheduled.
  • Please note: We do not accept insurance. However, we are happy to provide a detailed receipt (superbill) which you may submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Be sure to contact your insurance company directly to determine your eligibility, coverage, and any deductible requirements.

 

Late Cancellations & No Shows

To avoid a cancellation fee, please cancel appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice, not including weekends or holidays.

  • For Monday appointments, cancellations must be made by the preceding Friday.

  • If a session falls on or after a holiday, cancellations must be made by the last business day before the holiday.

Missed appointments and late cancellations will be charged the full session fee.
