Hi, I'm Hollie.
I’m Hollie Jo, and I am the owner and therapist behind InDwell Counseling. Before opening my practice, I spent over two decades as a nurse in a safety-net hospital, where I learned how connected our physical, emotional, spiritual, and relational health truly are. That experience is what eventually led me into the world of mental health.
I take a whole-person approach to therapy and care deeply about creating a warm, grounded space where you can explore what you’re feeling without pressure or judgment. My Christian faith shapes the compassion I bring into the room, but I also respect each client’s unique beliefs and worldview. My goal is simply to meet you where you are.
Therapy is both meaningful and personal to me. Through my own healing journey, I’ve seen how life-changing it can be to understand our inner world and grow in ways that feel authentic. Whether you’re walking through a difficult season or looking for deeper clarity, I’m here to walk alongside you and help you move forward in a way that feels supportive and empowering.
